The MISSION of Senior Horizons is to connect seniors in the Tri-town area to community resources, educational opportunities and services for adults and their caregiver families to advocate and promote purpose, independence, enjoyment and a sense of community for older adults.

Our VISION  is to value the life of older citizens in the Carbon Valley area by developing and enhancing the whole person—body, soul and  spirit.
